• Who is our target audience (those most likely to purchase this home)?
• What is the timeline on when you need to have the sale completed?
• How does the location affect our marketing strategies?
• Are open houses a possibility for this listing?
• Will the home most likely be a year-round residency or a vacation home
• What price range will be listing in?  This affects the strategies we use as well

These are just a few of the questions that will need to be addressed in listing your home.  From these, we would then formulate a plan of action.  I like to think of it like a game plan for a sports team.  Most successful football teams have the first several plays scripted as they start the game.  Then they make adjustments as needed to win.  This is the same appreach we will take when listing your home.  In the end, my goal is to sell your home for the most money possible in the least amount of time.
